LITTLE NINJAS for 4-5 year olds

This is a great program for the 4 and 5 year old children which uses games and Martial Arts drills to work on core skills such as Confidence, Discipline, Co-ordination, Balance, Focus, Teamwork and Fitness.

​

Little Ninja Martial Arts classes are 30 minute sessions which include a warm up, core skills training and cool down.

​

Mum or Dad will join their kids in the lesson, helping to hold pads and coach them through the class. This is a fantastic way to build their confidence, and a wonderful bonding experience.

​

Little Ninjas will take part in a grading every two months and will be awarded a different coloured striped belt as they progress through the program.
